Late check out will cost $50 if and when it can be accommodated -Late check in can be accommodated with a fee. late check in before midnight incurs a fee of $50 and Late check in after midnight incurs a fee of $100 -Downtown LA can be tough when it comes to parking. You can find metered street parking in the area or use nearby paid parking structures. I offer secured garage parking spot for $30 a night for one Car. Everything is either a short walk, or a very inexpensive uber ride. - We require photo ID and a $300 refundable security deposit the day before check-in
