Check-in Process If no in-person check-in is possible, you’ll receive a code to pick up keys at an alternate location. Building Management Rules Due to past issues, Airbnb guests should not contact building staff or visit the office. House Rules Following rules ensures a smooth stay. Guests sensitive to minor issues or who frequently complain should consider other options. Guest Limits & Fees Only guests in the reservation are allowed. Extra guests cost $40 per night.
