Check-In & Security: For privacy and security reasons, the Airbnb address listed is for key pickup at a nearby hotel. The actual location of your stay—very close by—will be provided on check-in day. Location in Downtown Los Angeles: This apartment is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, a lively area with convenient access to nearby attractions. Respect the Community & House Rules: We've had past guests cause disturbances in the building. This will not affect your stay if you adhere to the house rules and treat the property with respect. If you are particularly particular or prone to frequent complaints, this may not be the right rental for you. Guest Limit & Extra Fees: Only the number of guests listed in your reservation is allowed to stay in the apartment. Additional guests beyond your booking will incur a fee of $40 per person, per night. No Mail or Package Deliveries. Lost Key & Parking Permit Fees: Replacement fees for lost key, garage clicker, or parking permit: $300 each. Lockout fee: $100. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Must be requested at least one day in advance. Fee: $50 (if available). Late Check-In Fees: Before midnight: $50. After midnight: $100. Late check-out fee until 12 noon: $50. Parking Information: Street parking in Downtown Los Angeles is limited (metered spots & paid garages nearby). Secured garage parking is available: $30 per night for one car. $60 per night for two cars (if available). Most attractions are within walking distance or a short, affordable Uber/Lyft ride away! An Important Note Regarding Listing Photos: We have multiple listings at this property. Each is designed to offer guests a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space to stay.
