Personal Guest Accommodation This is not a hotel. You are renting my private apartment as my personal guest for a fee, not through Airbnb’s hotel services. Photos & Unit Variations We have several units in the property, each designed to provide a clean, comfortable, and stylish stay. Your unit may vary slightly from the photos but will maintain the same high standards. Check-in Process If in-person check-in is not possible, you will receive a code to collect your keys at an alternate location. Building Management Rules Due to past issues, building management restricts access to certain amenities for Airbnb guests. As my personal guest, please avoid contacting building staff or visiting the office during your stay. Respect the House Rules Following house rules ensures a smooth experience. If you are highly particular or tend to frequently raise concerns, please consider alternative accommodations. Guest Limitations Only guests included in your reservation are permitted. Additional guests incur a $40 per night fee. Mail & Packages Mail or package deliveries cannot be accepted at the apartment. Lost Items A $300 fee applies for lost keys, garage remotes, or parking permits (if applicable). Late Check-in & Check-out Fees Late check-out requests require at least one day’s notice and are subject to availability. Late check-out: $50 Check-in before midnight: $50 Check-in after midnight: $100 Parking Parking in Downtown Los Angeles can be limited. Metered street parking and paid garages are nearby. One secured parking spot is available for $30 per night. Security The apartment features a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance for security. Only registered guests may enter.
