Key Pick-Up & Address Information For privacy and security reasons, the address listed on Airbnb is the key pick-up location at a nearby hotel. The actual apartment address, located just next door, will be sent to you on the day of your check-in. Personal Guest Accommodation This is not a hotel—as the owner, I am renting the apartment to you as my personal guest for a fee, not through Airbnb’s hotel services. Listing Photos & Unit Variations We have multiple units on the property, each offering a clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing experience. While your unit may differ slightly from the photos, rest assured it will maintain the same high standards. Check-in Process If I or my assistant are unavailable for an in-person check-in, you will receive a key pick-up code for a different address to access your keys. Building Management Guidelines Due to past issues, building management restricts Airbnb guests from using certain amenities. As my personal guest, please refrain from approaching building staff or visiting the office during your stay. Respect the House Rules By following the house rules, your stay will be enjoyable. However, if you focus on minor issues or frequently complain, we kindly suggest seeking other accommodations. Guest Limitations Only the number of guests listed in your reservation are allowed to stay. Additional guests will incur a $40 per night fee. Mail and package deliveries cannot be received at the apartment. Charges for Lost Items A $300 fee will be charged for lost keys, garage clickers, or parking permits (if applicable). Late Check-out & Check-in Fees Late check-out requests require one day’s notice and incur a $50 fee (subject to availability). Late check-ins before midnight incur a $50 fee, and after midnight a $100 fee. Parking Information Parking in Downtown Los Angeles can be difficult. Metered parking and paid parking structures are nearby. I offer one secured parking spot for $30 per night. Security & Monitoring For security, the apartment has a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance to monitor guest arrivals. Only the guests listed in the booking are allowed entry. There are no cameras in any other part of the apartment. Guest Support I or my assistant are always available for any questions or concerns. Please note, all house rules must be strictly followed.
