Bedrooms two and three share a hallway bathroom that also provides direct access to the outside pool deck. Excellent location just minutes to Downtown Palm Springs, the Palm Springs Art Museum, hikes at Indian Canyon, several restaurants and coffee shops, plus golf courses and tennis courts. Take I-10 or Highway 111 East to other desert cities, like Palm Desert, with famous El Paseo shopping district, or the Coachella and StoageCoach Music festival in Indio. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
