House Rules

No smoking in the home whatsoever. Smoking incurs a $250 unexpected cleaning and fogging fee. No additional guest other than the amount booked for, unless with written permission and paid for by the guest to host prior to check-in. Absolutely no parties, get together, dinners, or any type of gathering other than the amount of people that was originally booked for. All extra guests or people coming to the home must pay an additional fee, whether they are sleeping there or not. The exterior of the home has a 24 hour surveillance monitoring system to make sure no parties or extra guests will come to property unaccounted for. You must have your ID present during check-in. If any guest uses the property for filming, parties, large gathering, or any commercial use without prior notice you will automatically be asked to leave immediately and you forfeit your reservation without any refund. Any type of filming at the home will increase the daily rate by 4 to 10 times the normal nightly rate. All filming will require a filming release (Insta-gram or any social media) at a rate of $795 a day. This fee will be in addition to the rental fee. We have a “”STRICT NO PARTY POLICY “” Only the number of people you have booked for will be permitted into the property, whether they are staying the night or not. All additional guests must be approved by the host. no extra guest whatsoever are allowed unless Previously approved in writing by the host. For bookings over 30 days all expenses water, power, Internet, pool, ect… will be paid by guests. The cost for daily expenses is $15 a day per guest with a minimum of 10 guests per booking. If you book our home on instant book please understand we have a 10 person minimum number of guests that we require nightly. If you do not agree with this we will ask YOU to immediately cancel the reservation. Any type of filming or recording will need written permission and increase the daily rate by at least 4 to 10 times. (filming will have to be approved by the host as well before check in and in writing. If the police are called to the property for any reason like noise complaint, partying, or filming, you will immediately forfeit your listing; you'll be not given a refund and asked to leave the property immediately.
