You cannot to go to the office or bother anyone in my apartment complex. You cannot recieve mails or packages in my Apartment Pls note: There will be a $300/each charge for a lost key or garage clicker or parking permit.(where applicable) should you need a late check out, please request a day or days before your check out. Late check out will cost $50 if and when it can be accommodated Late check in can be accommodated with a fee. late check in before midnight incurs a fee of $50 and Late check in after midnight incurs a fee of $100 Anaheim/Orange can be tough when it comes to parking. You can try to find street parking in the area or use nearby paid parking structures. I offer one secured parking spot onsite for $20 a night. if you need a second parking please let me know and I can arrange a second parking for $20 a night as well. Everything is either a short walk, or a very inexpensive uber ride. You cannot receive mails or packages in my apartment. if you loose the key fobs or the garage gate transponder/remote or take them away, it will cost you $250 for each item to replace them Late check in can be accommodated with a fee. late check in before midnight incurs a fee of $50 and Late check in after midnight incurs a fee of $100
