Guest Limit & Charges Only the number of guests specified in your reservation will be permitted to enter the apartment. Each additional guest will incur a fee of $40 per night. Important Note: This Is Not a Hotel This is a privately owned apartment. You are staying as my personal guest, not as a hotel guest. Please do not visit the leasing office, engage with staff, or disturb neighbors. No Mail or Packages Allowed Mail or package delivery to the apartment is not permitted. Lost Item Fees There is a $300 fee per item for any lost keys, garage clickers, or parking permits (where applicable). If key fobs or garage remotes are lost or taken, the replacement fee is $250 per item. Check-Out Policy Late check-out requests must be made at least one day in advance. If available, late check-out is $50. Late Check-In Fees Check-in before midnight: $50 fee Check-in after midnight: $100 fee Parking Details Parking in Anaheim/Orange can be limited. Metered street parking and paid garages are available nearby. I offer one secured parking space on-site for $30 per night. A second space can be arranged upon request for the same fee.
