Please carefully review the listing details and house rules to ensure this apartment meets your needs. Only the guests listed on your reservation are allowed in the apartment. Additional guests will incur a $40 per night fee each. This is not a hotel. I am a private individual renting out my apartment. As my personal guest, you do not have access to the office or permission to disturb other residents in the complex. Receiving mail or packages at the apartment is not allowed. Lost keys, garage remotes, or parking permits will incur a $300 replacement fee per item. Late check-out requests must be made in advance (at least one day prior). If approved, late check-out will cost $50. Late check-ins can be arranged for a fee: $50 for arrivals before midnight, $100 for arrivals after midnight. Parking in Anaheim/Orange can be limited. Street parking or paid lots are available nearby. One secured on-site parking spot is available for $30 per night. A second spot can be arranged for an additional $30 per night upon request.
