Privacy & Check-In For security, the map does not show the exact location. The apartment is in downtown San Diego. The full address and key pick-up details will be provided after booking confirmation. Building Policy Guests should not visit the building office or approach staff. You are considered a personal guest of the apartment. House Rules & Guest Suitability Please read and follow all house rules. Guests who are highly particular, frequently complain, or struggle to comply with rules should consider alternative accommodations. My assistant and I are available for questions, but strict adherence is required. Occupancy & Extra Guests Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed. Extra guests: $40 per night. Mail & Packages No mail or packages can be received at the apartment. Lost Items Lost key, garage clicker, or parking permit: $300 per item. Late Check-In / Check-Out Late check-in: $50 before midnight, $100 after midnight Late check-out: $50 (request at least 24 hours in advance; subject to availability) Parking Downtown San Diego parking is limited. Metered street parking and nearby paid garages are available. One secured spot is $30/night. The area is walkable and accessible via short Uber rides. Security The entrance is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera; no cameras are inside. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment.
